You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be covered by LillysCBD.com (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Before returning an item, please Contact Us with your order number as well as the reason for the return & we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item(s).

LillysCBD.com proudly uses the US Postal Service as our default carrier.
However, if you would like your order shipped via private carrier, simply contact us before ordering and we are happy to provide an updated shipping quote.
International Delivery
For orders outside the US, you will need to contact us before ordering and read the warning below.
